1. OBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

3.2 A User wishing to submit an application is requested to follow the steps mentioned online. Completion of the process is subject to the User’s acceptance of the Website’s Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions of Use.

3.3 The User undertakes not to:

• use the Website for illegal purposes;
• publish or transmit (i) information that is inaccurate, incomplete or false or (ii) material that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or derogatory or (iii) that infringes the rights of third parties, in particular copyright and personality rights;

Mensialis Recruitment does not guarantee that the application submitted will be transmitted to the recruiter and cannot be held responsible in this regard. Similarly, Mensialis Recruitment cannot be held responsible if the application is not accepted by the recruiter. Mensialis Recruitment is not bound by any obligation of result in this regard.

3.5 Mensialis Recruitment is not responsible for losses or costs incurred by the User in the recruitment process if the recruiter should reject the User’s application.

3.6. You declare and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the data and content transmitted to Mensialis Recruitment by you via the Website. You guarantee that you will comply with the regulations in force, respect the rights of third parties (intellectual property rights, personality rights, etc.) as well as the provisions of the present General Terms and Conditions of Use.

3.7 It is incumbent upon the User to ensure that he or she is fully compliant with the labour legislation in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.



4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

4.1 We use all reasonable means at our disposal to ensure quality access to the Website and the security of the data you transmit to us via the Website, but do not assume any obligation of result in this respect.
